you can also use the calendar function of Microsoft Outlook. It will even pop up reminders and such if you set it up that way

Go to Yahoo Mail and then click Calendar at the top of the screen and you can use Yahoo's online calendar and it will send you e-mail reminders ahead of time if you enter it in the event's information and you can make the events happen over and over again like yearly. Or you could use a spreadsheet or database software package if you don't want to use an online solution. But Yahoo's Calendar is nice, I've been using it for a decade without problems.

Go to MS Word (if you have it installed and follow these directions)
On the File menu, click New.
In the New Document task pane (task pane: A window within an Office application that provides commonly used commands. Its location and small size allow you to use these commands while still working on your files.), under Templates, click On my computer.
Click the Other Documents tab.
Double-click Calendar Wizard.
If you do not see this wizard (wizard: A feature that asks questions and then creates an item, such as a form or Web page, according to your answers.) in the Templates dialog box, you might need to install it.
Follow the steps in the wizard

Do you have a program called Microsoft Excel? That'll help you do it easily, if you have it. (It should be in your start menu, under 'all programs')
Just mess around with that for a bit, and see what you can come up with. You'll need some semi-stiff paper to print on though, for the calendars.
