If I were a type of cheese, I'd like to be Swiss cheese. Why? Because it has holes, not solid, sort of not perfect. That way I would not be expected to be perfect.

Is this kind of a dumb answer? I know what I'm trying to say, but it's difficult in words.

Brie. Nice, creamy and smooth in texture. Great tasting and compliments fruit well. Warm it up and you love it even more.
