Ur signature may be ur name, phone number, ur web page , ur picture or anything else u want. To create ur signature, go to ur email page> options> signature> make ur signature>save.
U will not need to type everytime in ur email whenever u compose an email if u create ur signature. After creating ur signature, come back on compose email and check the box of Use ur signature. It will solve ur problem.

You need to go to Mail Options and you'll see a Signature thingy there. You can make your signature anyway you want. I usually add my certifications when I e-mail (depending).

It would be like signing your name on a letter. In the email world, it would simply be your name or any information you'd like to have automatically added to the end of your email. Such as...
