like the ex. running a stop sign at 1:00am when no police is around...no one is gonna catach you, and u got away with it.

i'm asking, whats the percent that people hav done that.

guaranteed its 100%. Going 30 in a 25, no blinker, curfew. These are all petty things that EVERYONE HAS DONE. The only people that can get away with not doing anything illegal are children that pass away at a very young age or mentally handicapped people that are unable to violate laws or ordinances

Well, almost 1% of the current US population is in jail or prison, or out on parole.

But you're right, almost everyone has violated some sort of administrative regulation or ordinance, even if it's just speeding on an occasional basis.

The question is, how serious do we take the law, and what laws are more nuisance than value. And do we complain about being penalized for breaking the law when we are caught, or try to argue that "everyone does it, so nobody should be accountable".

If we choose to break the law, and almot everyone does at some point, we must choose to accept the consequences of that action.

I seen on TV but can't remember the program at this moment said that 8 out of 10 people have done something illegal, but i would say 100 percent, from traffic offenses to stealing, drugs street or other wise, gos on and on down the line.To many illegal things to count.

I am assuming about 75% people do illegal things. That is the majority of the world. No one is perfect.
