What is the best toothpaste that I can use?

I have been using the same toothpaste forever but I would really like to find out which one is the best.

I would say use either Crest or Colgate. I find they both do equally well and are not expensive.

My orthodontist reccomends a toothpaste that has Flouride in it. It helps make your teeth stronger and pervent cavities.

Of course, each commercial will tell you the best one, but they will all be different.
If your looking for the right toothpaste, it depends on what you want it for. Do you mean, the best Whitenening Toothpaste? Or the best Cleaning Toothpaste? Or the best Germ-killing Toothpaste? It depends.
