You can work towards a goal- a goal to me is often a dream someone is trying to make real.
A dream is much less concrete- something that would be nice, but are not necessarily trying actively to achieve.

a dream is something that you can actually make come true. a dream is a hope, a fantasy. a dream is what you make of it. a goal is something that you work toward. a goal is usually distant but not far, as for dreams, some are farfetched but could be reached and accomplished

The only difference between a goal and dream is the timetable in which they're to be obtained. Basically, the timetable for obtaining a goal is immediate. Whereas,for a dream, there is no set timetable for it to be actualized or obtained.

I guess goals are supposed to be realistic, that means that u should be able to reach them by taking certain actions in that direction. Most of times, dreams are only possible in our perfectly uthopian inner world. But sometimes you just can't give up idealism (i.e. making your dreams your goals), and that's when life starts getting difficult...

A goal is something that is attainable within a real grasp of reality.
There is only one that mixes the two and it is God.
You Hopes can become your dreams and your dreams can become reality. Because Time cannot stop you if you are eternal like God.
