I would pick Kings Dominion, but only because I love the Volcano. :)

King's Dominion. Hand's down.
Actually, it is no longer owned by Paramount, but by Cedar Fair, who owns the Cedar Point Parks and about 18 other Rollar Coaster Parks in the US. These people know how to run a thrill ride park.
Six Flags has been passed around by several different owners in the past decade, Time Warner, then it went Private and was run by Bob Pittman who was a founder of MTV and an AOL big shot. Now it's owned by Daniel Snyder who owns the Washington Redskins. I would find it hard to spend my money there to have the profits beef up his wallet to invest in the Redskins Football team.
