Do you believe that this is a fair court? I don't because not all people are treated equaly. I wonder why is it that American and Israeli citizens cannot be brought to this court when all other people have to be tried here if they have commited war crimes?

.. Good point, apparently America and Israel are the exceptions... they think no one can ever rule against them...

... Right now is a good example when the U.S. has kept people in jail not allowing them representation , and there has been torture. They should be made to answer for that.

..Same as Israel and their Unholy war against Hezbollah...they killed hundreds of innocents and yet whine over the fewer number killed in Israel. They should be made to know that when they kill discriminately, they will be killed discriminately.

The Hague is filled with western socialists. No American nor Israeli could ever get a fair trial there. A left leaning genocidal maniac on the other hand....

The judges at the Hague have no accountability to anyone. They were not elected or chosen by the citizen's of the country whose people are being tried. It's not that it's a bad idea in general, it was very wrongfully implemented.

Because

a) Americans believe no country can offer juducial guarantees, other than their own.

b) Israelites do whatever Americans tell them to do.

c) If we had to count in war crimes commited by America's or Israel's Armies, the poor judges at the Hague would have no free time.

And no, it is not a fair court, at all.
