HA! Hey, if you're in a group of people, and it's a windy day, and no one can find a way to pin it on you......why not?!?

No but you will certainly get a laugh. It's amazing how a fart will make people laugh except in a restaurant. You have to draw the line somewhere.
I remember this one lady at a cocktail party. There were about eight of us standing there talking. She cuts a "deadly silencer" and walks off. I don't know what she had to eat but man did she stink. It took us a minute to figure out what happened but the looks on peoples faces as they were scanning the group to pick out the culprit was some funny with everyone going "wasn't me."

It has always been better to fart in public. You don't want to stink up your house our your car do you? People don't like the smell but then they need to get a little stink now and again to appreciate the finer smells in life.

Not in front of strangers...in front of family or friends that have known you your whole life, I think it is probably acceptable....considering the fact that my family farts out loud all the time.... but I think it's disgusting =(....so out in the public where there are a lot of people you don't know, hold it in....in front of family, go ahead and fire away.....=P

No, it is never acceptable to fart in public. It's bad manners and brings you closer to a chimpanzee

Well, I don't know how acceptable it is, but I've done it because it was a slip of the lip. Sure, you can let one go, and blame it on one of those spring door stops.

its just plain rude, which is why its unacceptable. it smells and causes discomfort. and anything that makes the people around you feel bad is rude on your behalf, and that is why it is wrong. unless you're having a farting contest, i wouldnt try it if i were you.
