Thomas J. Jackson...was a great general and had he lived the war would have lasted longer but in the end the south would have lost the war because every battle they lost men that could not be replaced.

absolutely not. unfortunately for us southerners, the north had all the industrial and steel factories. and steel equal cannons equal artilery. artilery beats infantry every time.
