I am a beginner High Magic caster and I want to know If anyone can tell me some tips, websites,books or some thing else that can help me. I would really apreciate it. And I do not want silly answers from people who do not believe in magic and do not know how to do any. Any help would be awesome!Thanks!

It's a book (rather than a website) I'd recommend. It's called "The Element Encyclopaedia of 5000 Spells: The Ultimate Reference Book for the Magical Arts".
And you read it right... it has 5000 spells in it...
And it's very informative with information about both modern and ancienct magick.
