maybe i'm exagerating a bit but there are a lot of things about high school that are making me nervous. Mainly this girl who HATES me, she will go around and tell people stuff about me so that they will start to hate me as well. She's already made some of my best friends turn against me. There is also this girl at my school who is known for having a temper and for beating up a lot of girls, so even though she and I are on good terms the girl spreading stuff about me could change all that. How can I make sure that her gossip won't get to my friend?

I don't even know why she hates me, everytime people ask her it's something different, first she says that I was talking behind her back, then she says I was spreading around too many details of why we hate each other (she's one to talk), and the list goes on and on

High school is always scarey and there are always people that haven't went into maturity and always has beef with someone... The people that spread rumors are the people that are most insecure about themselves... They make everyone feel bad about themselves to the point where they feel good about themselves and it goes on.
First , if the people you call best friends were truely your best friends they wouldn't have let anything like that come between you and the girl your on good terms with.. I wouldn't be afraid of her.. but I wouldn't try to keep anything from anyone.. I mean sure you have your own personal secrets but that is all. You shouldn't try to stop what someone is trying to do... I mean if that girl believes it then she is just as bad as the ones that turned their back on you...Let them mess up their lives and worry about urs... thats their problem..
Hold your head up strong.. find you a couple friends that are actually friends.. and be somebody.. make yourself a better person, have fun with your high school years... They pass so quickly and you don't need to be by the drama.. It just makes it way worse..

Ignore her is the best thing to do. Don't be nervous about high school or it'll be miserable for the first few days/weeks. As for this girl, just ignore her, or see if there's something a teacher or principle or some other authority can do.

Don't worry about gossip in high school. About that time people get so involved in what others think of them that they stop trying to ruin someone elses rep. You will be just fine, just like all the rest of us. I know it. Best wishes

Talk to the girls who are spreading rumours about you to stop it. Let them know that you are serious about it. If not, tell a teacher/principal

I had this exact problem!!!! this bully picked on me and said rumors about me too. u must confront her and corner her... if that doesn't work try starting ruomors about her that she is pregnant or somthing even worst give her a taste of her own medicne ... the only way is to fight fire is with fire!!!!

hmm there's nothing you can really do other than just staying away from this girl. how about pretending not to care, that you have better things to think about it? dont let it get to you. ignore her
