ladies can you walk in those clogs that have a bit of material at the heel?

like maybe 2 cms of fabric sticking up at the heel. i can't figure out if i'm supposed to try to keep my heel inside that itty bit of fabric or if it's supposed to chafe my heel with every single step. do they come with instructions on how to walk in them????

It doesn't work for me. Probably it depends on the shape of your foot.
