Is Israel a true democracy? How is life different in Israel for Jews and non jews? What about the color coded licences, licence plates, etc that every resident of the state has to have defining his or her religion and race? How exactly does that work and what is the purpouse? Please provide as much detail as possible and please cite your sources thank you!

Palestinians, Muslims, and anyone else that reside in Israel and are a citizen vote in all the elections. Sounds like democracy to me.

descrimination has nothing to do with government, if the populus is allowed to vote, its a democracy
