i would like to know the firing order for plug wire for a chevy spectra?

Look under the hood. Many cars have the firing order on the engine or on the dataplate up front on top of the radiator. Check the auto parts store, the folks there have the manuals, like Chilton's with service info for your car.

I thought the Spectra was made by KIA???? What year, engine, etc are you looking for information about?
