Oh, that's perfectly normal! The baby's heart rate depends on how active he is. Normal heartrates range between 120 and 160, you have nothing to worry about!
My baby is usually around 150 (he's always kicking when the doctor puts that cold gel on to hear it), but my last appointment (last week) it was around 135 (this time, I think he was sleeping!).
So, don't worry!

The baby's heart rate can vary with your activity level. If you were sittiing or laying longer before the second test that could explain the difference. I'm sure if there were something abnormal or dangerous about the drop the doctor would have said something right away. A baby who's heart rate reacts to your physical stress is actually considered to be very healthy.

It is definitely normal. If it wasn't normal, you would have been notified immediately by the doctor listening to the heartbeat.
Anyways, more than likely baby was active during the first heartbeat listening session - and sleeping during the second. Both are within normal range.
It is normal for mothers to worry about their unborn children. Not only that - we worry about our children all the way through the rest of our lives. And all that we can do, is the best that we can.

Yes it is very normal. Your heart rate does not stay the same and neither will your babys. You get excited and your heart rate will go up and your baby will also feel your excitement and his or her heart rate will also rise. So there is no need to worry. Also your baby could have been sleeping when you went in the second time.

babies heartbeats can vary. It sounds like a normal rate to me, I have two kids and one on the way. If the doctor didn't say anything, then don't worry!

Talk to your doctor, not the internet! Pregnancy is different for everyone; although your baby's heartbeat is within the normal range.

it's normal. it has its activity and rest times too, you know.
Don't think about miscarriage. That you heard the heartbeat already says that you most likely won't have any problems like that. Stay calm, enjoy your pregnancy. Congratulations.
