Do you know of a way that I could see others who are visiting a website I don't own?

There are some really bad sites out there and want to monitor certain websites to help direct them to others. Is there a way to do this or am I dreaming?

You would need access to the site owner's server logs. There is no other way to do it.

No I do not believe you could do that or should be able to do that. If you think a website is bad, you should write or talk about it elsewhere.

I believe that might be considered as "phishing" which is illegal
