Click on your start menu, select my computer (it could be on your desktop too) and then right-click your hard disk drive or the drive the long file name is and let go of the mouse button or (left click to select if you already did let go) on properties at the bottom of the context menu and then choose check for errors in the tools pane. Someone should write a book or make a video on this site about these answers people keep asking.
