Both ca control the wind, but who is stronger, my money in on Kagura. what do you say and why?

Hmm i think the winner is Kagura, beacause she is a youkai, so she had many advantage that Temari who is human. Kagura can fly, she is a youkai so the healing speed is incredible.

temari cuz kagura is doesnt have control over her own life, that nuraku person does.
