I only watch a very limited amount of shows from other countries, namely Sky Sports News, the BBC news and the one show from Australia, Water Rats. Beyond that, I think most of what I watch originates from the U.S. However, when it comes to films and movies, I enjoy watching foreign films in languages I don't speak so long as there are subtitles.
