Azizka,

The most common problem is that your machine is not a gaming machine.

Reboot and test your machine at this link:
http://www.systemrequirementslab.com/referrer/srtest

It will tell you in red and green, which parts of your machine may need to be worked on. If several parts are red, often you need to get a whole new machine. Sometimes if you follow the direction in the game manual and turn all other processes off, you will be able to run the game okay!

For help on that, go here:
http://support.ea.com/cgi-bin/ea.cfg/php/enduser/std_alp.php?p_sid=l2R*-pgi&p_lva=7805&p_li=&p_accessibility=&p_page=1&p_cv=2.716&p_pv=2.700&p_prods=7%2C700&p_cats=566%2C716&p_hidden_prods=&prod_lvl1=7&prod_lvl2=700&prod_lvl3=0&cat_lvl1=566&cat_lvl2=716&p_search_text=&p_new_search=1

The EA support team is really nice and can help you try to get the best bang for your buck from your machine,

Good luck!

It's either a glitch in your game or your computer doesn't have everything needed to play it.Read on the game box to see what it requires. Some of the older computers won't play the newer games right.

Try to get a newer computer unless you already have the newest computer then ask a friend if you can try their computer. If it doesn't freeze then try to buy that same type of computer.

if it is a new game and your computer has all the EXACT requirements for the game i would try to reload it even if it erases all saved data. if that does not work try to trade it in for a new one.
