Two words Cheap & Best! How about "Master Technician" Who can find the one part that has failed and give you a correct estimate. Or not so good Tech, guess put one part on and say that part caused another to fail that was the real problem. I work with other so called master techs and would not have them work on my car. There are honest and dishonest in every service trade. Plumbers that sell extras. Lawn sprinkler people brake shops. Question is can you walk up to the mechanic and ask him or her questions? If not find an Eye TO Eye technician.

well i agree with the above statements, cheap and best dont go together, find a mechanic you feel like you can trust and then go with that, if you use this shop enough things will become cheap or even free if there an easy fix. stop wasting your time worried about " how much " because how much does it cost YOU when your car is broke down because the cheapest mechanic is a dumbass

that is a contradiction right there. the best mechanic will NEVER be cheap.
you could ask "of the good qualified auto technicians in Delaware, who is the least expensive?"
