Well, Goosesteper, if you stepped your face into any old VFW hall , you'd eat your words, more than likely at the end of a pool cue. Nobody but a certifiable lunatic would say any of our guys in WW11 cut and run, in the lost war, Korea, or Vietnam.
If I put that question to my husband, my brothers, my Dad,my great uncles who gave life and limb, the cousin who got a dose of Agent orange, they would tell me what to call you, and I would be permanently suspended.
Of course you can't think of anything off the top of your head, it's empty!

My, the rhetoric is thick in here tonight. Swallowing the "cut and run" Kool-Aid lately, eh? For quite some time, key Democratic leaders have been pressing for a plan/strategy in Iraq. There has not been a realistic one, before, during, or after the invasion of Iraq. The neocon idea of strategy for the Iraq occupation is to stay indefinitely until all possible defense/reconstruction no-bid contracts have been awarded, the US Treasury goes broke, or we run out of soldiers, whichever comes first. Stop with the ridiculous notion that the "terrorists" will anticipate our exit if we make a plan. We shouldn't have been there in the first place. Let's expedite the handover, get the UN involved (say we're sorry), and leave as soon as possible. We will NOT repeat this travesty in Iran. If you don't like that we don't have enough support in the UN/NATO over Iran, we are not making a ironclad case obviously.

Cut and run is the new marketing tool for the right wing. It isn't to be taken seriously, and besides you will hear it enough in the next two months even the repuglicans will be sick of it. I cannot think of any time that the democrats "cut and run"
