I agree with Cupcake - Tauck and A&K are both top notch, but you will have an older crowd. You can also consider Trafalgar, Brendan, and Pleasant Holidays. They are less expensive, but then you will still get what you paid for. There is no such thing as a relaxed pace on a tour such as these - even on the ones that state they are. You are regimented and you will be packing and unpacking every day or every other day.
If you want to see the interior of Europe at a more relaxed pace and have everything included then I would suggest a river cruise with Uniworld, Viking River Cruises, INTRAV, or Peter Deilmann River Cruises. All offer cruises for 7 days along segments of different rivers in Europe. For the most variety I'd suggest one of the cruises from Amsterdam to Budapest. If you're looking for something on one country try a cruise on one of the rivers in France, Portugal, Germany or Austria. Stay away from the Russian river cruises - I guarantee you will not like them as the ship's do not meet the standards expected by Americans. The ships' capacities are 150 or less passengers, most 40+ in age.
I would also recommend one of the cruise lines for a cruise in the Mediterranean or Baltic. My favorite itinerary is Venice to Istanbul. Again, passengers may be a bit older than you, and the number of passengers will vary depending on the cruise line/ship.
Another option you might consider is a sail cruise in Greece and/or Turkey. Go to www.seasongtours.com.
One more cruise option to consider is a SeaDream cruise, bit younger crowd, only 110 people max on board the ship, and all inclusive price includes your alcohol. Much more relaxed than any of the other cruises I've mentioned. The price will seem higher than the others, but you will pay for drinks and gratuities onboard the others and when you add all the extras they will be comparable to SeaDream.
Hope these suggestions help. Congratulations.

Personally the last thing I would do is go on a tour for your honeymoon. You will be surrounded by confused old people and spend your time following some lady with an umbrella.
Europe is not a confusing place. If I were you I would get myself a Let's go Europe book or Fodors Travel maybe. By a rail pass and pick about 5 or 6 cities you want to see. You can totally make up your own tour quite easily. If you want you can be really organized and prebook all your rail tickets and hotels in advance so that you can relax when you get to each place. You can take city tours in each place you go that your hotel will help you arrange. You can also take tours that go outside of the cites.
Another option is to try a Mediterranean or European Cruise. They are all inclusive and you have some privacy and they are far more romantic then sitting on a bus all day with sweaty old people.

Yes, Tauck is expensive but more importantly unless you are senior citizens, I would not go with them - we did a tour with them (which was great) but all of the other guests were in the are of 75+ yrs old. Plus we were on a regimented tour with not much relaxing time....
I have used Abacrombie & Kent for 3 one month long tours over the last few years - they are tops but also very expensive but may be worth checking their website - they do arrange tours to your specifications.
I just wanted to tell you about Tauck - I have a feeling that you would like to be among younger people - have a wonderful wedding and life! :)

Paris is very romantic
Paris is beautiful. subway is very convenient - do not forget to bring a 2" x 1" photo - you can buy a week pass = it is much cheaper. Do not miss the 10 p.m. show for the Effie Tower - it is so romantic,
watch for pit pocket - they use razor blade and cut your backpack or purses
Cann is soso - you can take a little tram to tour for an hour
Nice and Leon is no big deal
there is a travel agency in Europe - I join the tour for $ 48 /day including hotel, tour guide and tour bus. tip for the driver and tour guide is $5 the tour guide speak Chinese , English and Dutch
www.amttravel.com
www.GOEUGO.COM
or you can call The Netherlands phone number 31 10 213 02 08
it is very cheap and the hotel is very nice - it included morning breakfast buffet
do not forget to bring the water bottle w/ you - you cannot drink the tap water
summer is very hot in Paris - but it is so much to see - do not forget to pick up a free map in the hotel lobby - if you want to buy
expensive stuff, eg LV purses. - you need to bring your passport to the stores
and get the tax refund in the airport
