It doesn't hurt at all. Do I need to see a doctor?

You definitely need to see a Doctor to get the diagnosis right. You might have a Ligament injury or a torn cartilage which if neglected will cause giving away and may lead to arthritis.

If you have access to a heated whirlpool or hot tub, try using that. The heat may help to breakdown the fluid collecting. The fluid my be preventing a full range of motion and thus inhibiting any pain that might occur. A doctor adept at sports medicine might be a good idea.

you may need to go get it drained.
My younger brother got a knee injury and I had to take him to the doctor every week to have it drained.He finally had surgery

hang in there, the fluid should go away, but you may need to have it drained.
