If you know what school district shes in you can email her through there. Most schools have an email like this "Jsmith@schooldistrictsd.com" If shes a teacher she has an email adress through school though, atleast all around here thats how they send announcements and questions and stuff.

If you knew her name, I don't see why you can't call around to all the area schools, and just ask for her. It might seem time consuming at first, but at lease you are crossing off potential leads as you go along.
