Go to getfirefox.com and download the Firefox browser. It's a better browser that allows you to download an extension to block ads and pop-ups.

To get the adblock extension, I created an entry on my blog to help people. http://osmondparam.blogspot.com/2006/08/mozilla-firefox-and-adblock.html
