I've never tried it, but it seems to me an electric carving knife might work well.

I would mark it with chalk or pencil where I had to cut it, then fold it on the line so the line is on the outside of the fold. Then use a sharp razor knife and slice it down the line.
If they are long lines that you need to draw, I would use a "chalk line" and snap them. I'm assuming you know what a "chalk line" is.
