no not a spyware. its just one of ur program dat didnt start properly when u logon or didnt closed properly when u log-off. i used to get that message when i log-off before but i defragmented my computer and its gone. u should defragment ur computer, this will enhanced ur computer speed. click start and hit "run" and pop-up open then type "MSCONFIG" withouth the quotations. a new windows will pop-up. on the tab of the new window click "start-up" or "start" then unchecked the start-up programs u dont want.
NOTE: before u do the MSCONFIG thing, be sure to google the prgrams in the start-up window before doing anything else. this is very important.
