To dodgeman. It is in time right but for some reason it's not getting fuel to the plugs. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yup, fuel does not go to the plugs. Now if you had said "no juice to the plugs," it might make sense.

Really, your understanding of cars seems so poor from your question that you should go to a mechanic.

OK,,there are two main things that will cause it not to get fuel,,first off the fuel,,pump,,you already know this,,and the other one is the fuel pump relay on it,,the timing is right on it,,so,what you need to do is check all the fuses really good,,its very possible it has blown a fuse for the fuel pump,,if that checks good,,see if you can hear the pump running when you turn the key on,,if you cant,, you have lost voltage to the pump, some where,,if you do hear the pump running on it,,it may have a stopped up filter on it,,if all this fails to help it,,check all the things you took loose on it to do the timing belt,,some thing may have gotten left off from it,,if none of this help,s,,i will be glad to try and help ,,some more,,good luck with it.

how would it get fuel to the plugs? does fuel flow through solid core plug wires? have you allready found the inertia switch? if so does your fuel pump run when you turn the key to run without starting? if so have you checked/replaced your fuel filter? if thats all been done then take a fuel pressure tester to it see what the pressure is then post new question

id just like to point out, the person who this question is directed towards said its either the pump or the relay. ask someone else because theres also an inertia switch, i sell so many damned fuel pumps to morons who need to reset that switch

well davidz hondas dont have inertia switches, last i checked only fords do. so shut the f*ck up dumbass parts guy...

well if your not getting fuel to the engine that vehicle, which if i remember correctly is carburated, has two pumps, a pickup pump and a fuel pump. now if im wrong please forgive me but if your not getting fuel you need to start at the tank and proceed forward. fuel pumps, fuel filter, and so on. but how do you know its not getting fuel

no fuel means pump is bad, fuel pump relay is bad, bad fuse or the fuel pump wiring is shorted out. trace those.
