Not all art is based on sexual frustration. A lot of art can be inspired by epiphanies of joy, sadness, love, the list goes on and on. I create I am often frustrated with the world, or situation, or inspired by a witnessed act of random kindness.

Most art is not based on that. Art is an expression of emotions or a material illustration of what an artist see's in his/her mind.
There are artists who base their work on frustrations of many different kinds, and there are people who do art therapy for anger/sadness/deression and other forms of unbalanced emotions.
There are also the people who create art because they have too many ideas, or are compelled to do it.

i think alot o art is based on sexuality in general. but not all art it depends on the artists and the art you're atracted to

art isnt based on anything. if anything its based on line, the foundation of all art, feeling has nothing to do with art. art is image.

also based on other aspects in life that cause frustration, such as ppl annoying you to the point where you just want to hurt them but can't do it without paying the consequences

no. I'm an artist and I get plenty. My work right now is about more technical issues...
Plenty of art is about sex though. You don't have to look far...
