As far as I can see by their website~

~they teach those who join how to find properties and then they buy them, someone fixes them up (probably you), sell them, and you get a finders fee. You probably have to pay them for teaching you the basics.
Their website says:
"Our Program will teach you how to locate and evaluate investment grade real estate.
When you find the right property, we will put up our money to buy it and fix it up. You will get an immediate finders fee and when it sells we will both share in the profits.
If you commit the time and put forth a solid effort you will be successful with our program!"
I didn't go far enough into their signup to see if there is a cost. Sounded a little to good to be true for me to give out my personal info.
