I believe that a bra should be worn to sleep only during the times theyre developing. When my breasts started developing i always wore a bra and my close friends didnt at the same time, they have much more saggier **** than me, so i think it does help.. But once ur past the age of 17 i dont think wearing a bra would do any good unless ur pregnant, bras during pregnancy also make a difference in less sagginess.

If you are going to sag you are going to sag. Only thing to keep you from it is excerise. When you become pregnant and having a baby yes wear a bra. After delivery YES where a bra. your breasts are full of milk. dont let them stretch and sag. Where a good bra. Other then that time exercise is all you can do.

I have worn my bra to sleep for years and they seem to be perkier than people my age.I think it has alot to do with genetics and if you have lost and gained alot of weight. the skin stretching and loosing elasticity causes the sagging.

it makes no difference if you wear your bra to sleep or not. if they're going to sag, it's going to happen regardless.

thats not true, you should def. let them breathe. Besides its all just extra skin, so when we grow old they just might hang!!!!!!! It all depends on your body and skin.
