a few that i know of, lions usually stay together in a pride, tigers are solitary. Tigers swim, lions do not. Lions males have manes and females do not, there are no major differences in the males and female tigers that are noticeable like lions. thats about all i know of right now, hope it helps.

Tigers are larger, they live in Asia, they like water, they are solitary.

Lions live in big prides, the females do most of the hunting, they live in Africa.

For the rest, if you look at information on tigers, then look at info on lions, you should be able to make your own list of the differences.
