What have you been eating? It's probably food or fruit stones or something that your body couldn't digest and is getting rid of. Stones from watermelons always come out with my poop the day after. This must be something you ate. No need to be worried. :)

Well.. it sounds like it's possible that Candida has contributed to at least a bit of the problems and discomfort.

Candida is treatable but you have to be extremely prudent.
You need to see a doctor because if the Candida is bad enough, it will often take a really potent medication to knock that stuff out so you can get a clean start on fixing the problem. Candida can become built up on the intestinal wall and continue to cause problems for a long time to come.

Once you take any medication for yeast you do have to follow up with adjustments in food and taking nutritional action to repair the gut.

If the Doctor's report comes back clear on a test and you don't get the big med, then you probably should do a bowel clean up anyway. It won't hurt and no matter what is going on with your bowel it will be helpful.

For me, the first and formost course of action is probiotics in their natural form which means YOGURT. I often hear so much complaint against why people can't ingest Yogurt but really, if you want intensely good and active action, Yogurt is the way to go. Of course, there are all kinds of probiotics in pill/liquid form etc... but I'm just going to cover Yogurt.

the big key to any Probiotic being successful is it's
"LIVE and ACTIVE" status. For the Lactobacillus organisms to remain alive they must be processed and kept in a cooled environment. That means cooled environment from manufactuer to store counter to your home. That's the main reason I like Yogurt over caps, pills, liquids etc.... Yogurt is a product that goes bad when it gets too warm. So if the yogurt has been too warm and has gone bad then you can be pretty sure that those live and active organisims are bad or dead too.

At any rate, I would suggest(recommend) that you see a doctor to send in a stool sample. He might even recommend a lower end colonoscopy which I think all people should have.
