Get rid of the anti-social behaviour within the government first. They are the most anti social entity there is. They have no clue what really goes on in society nor do they care to. They live in their own fictional realm. I say, let society decide what is social and what is anti social. What does anti social mean anyway. Just because I prefer to sit in my home all day and not socialise, does that mean that my behaviour should be abolished? Who is constantly changing the defininitons of words?

I don't think there would ever be a good way to abolish anti-social behaviour without becoming a dictatorship. If you are looking for a government with those type of laws you should think about moving over seas.

what kind of affect would it have on society thik about it, if no one was to ever be anti social again, then how would you know how compassionate other people really are........it takes something bad to happen to truelly be grateful of the good things.................. i dont think anti social behaviour could be abolished altogether......... a major part of it alright but not completely
