The Renaissance manifested itself (became apparent) by the changes that occurred in the political, governmental and social organisation of society.

It is referring to (most likely) how the Renaissance had an effect on politics...etc, however this would be apparent in the artwork, creative nature of people at this time. The Renaissance was a time of great knowledge... of art, music, drama..etc. How do the politics etc. reflect this? For ex, did the buildings that housed social organizations, gov't, politics reflect the tone of the Renaissance? By way of arctiecture or paintings?
