Move it out for them and put it in storage in their name. Tell them where it is and when they pay you for your trouble then give them the key to get it out.

CALL them up -tell them you are packing their belongings and to come and get them OR ELSE you will dispose of them. Your life belongs to you and so does your home. A fair time would be 2-Weeks for them to pick up their belongings.

LEGAL TALK
Talk to City Hall and ask for the appropriate department. Sometimes the Police can tell you exactly what to do. States and city laws vary from place to place. It will cost you nothing to speak with these people AND you will know where you stand legally.

If you feel these are illegal narcotics - the Police need to know ASAP anyway. If the law found out you knowingly allowed this go on without contacting them, you could be in deep trouble.

As long as you contact the Police - you will not be harassed over these drugs because you are doing your Civil Duty.

If you live in California, you can't make them leave.

See an attorney about the drug issue. The drug mugs have been known to confiscate a house if the owner knew there were illegal drugs being used and they knowingly permitted it.

this is not a mess you can get out of without an attorney. there are just too many pitfalls.

This is another example of virtue being its own punishment.

Maybe you get a taste of why so many people don't bother to help homeless and other people who seem to have problems. The libs will tell you its not their own fault they are in trouble, but as you can see in this case and many others, it is indeed their own fault.

It really depends on your state. Still. You only have to give them 20 days and "reasonable" access to there belongings. After you can move them outside off your property and it is no longer your resposiblity.

i would probably contact the police to ask them or better yet, there probably is a renter's association in your area. if not, call the realtor's association so they can direct you to the right place.

is it your house? are they on your lease? if it is your house then you can get rid of them right now. if you are renting and they are not on the lease. call your landlord and they will have the authority to get them out.
