its from slow dancing by johnny rivers not sure who wrote it! i love that song and its my absolute favorite song ever! what that line means to me is that the guy and his lady were so in love they felt like they were the only 2 people inthe world! and someday i wanna be loved like that!

I have always loved this particular lyric; it evokes an almost physical emotional image. Everlong is my favorite Foo Fighters song.
