Actually, it doesn't sound like an implantation problem, it sounds more like a possible hormonal deficiency. After your oocyte (egg) has ruptured from the ovary (this is ovulation) it leaves behind the corpus luteum (this is where the egg matured) and it produces progesterone ...enough to hold a pregnancy until the placenta can take over. There's a thought that some miscarriages are caused by a deficiency of progesterone, so doctors will sometimes prescribe it in an effort to prevent miscarriages. However, there's no proof that progesterone actually increases the likelyhood of carrying the pregnancy. In fact, sometimes all it does is delay the unfortunate and inevitable miscarriage. As I'm sure you know, miscarriage is very common (1 in 4 pregnancies) and happens for a variety of reasons, like genetic or congenital malformation. And there are miscarriages that happen for no apparent reason ('apparent' is the key word here - we humans don't know as much as we'd like yet) In my experience as a nurse and personally, I haven't found that progesterone actually helps. If you're going to have a miscarriage, it's likely to happen with or without taking progesterone. I have had four pregnancies and two live births. I took progesterone during one miscarriage and while pregnant with my son. Because you've already had two term pregnancies without using progesterone, I don't think it's going to make much of a difference. Keep positive thoughts, eat and rest well and try not to worry. Nature already has a plan for you.

BABYDUST sprinkled all over you! Wish you well!

The above answer mentions allergies to peanuts and progesterone: The reason you're not supposed to take certain types of progesterone is because the capsule that contains it is made from peanut oil. : ) Weird, but true!
