i'd run it by your doctor first. you keep it on too long and you'll end up damaging the tallywhacker---and that's something you DON'T want to do!

Well, you shouldn't keep it for too long (they say about 30 minutes) because it cuts the blood flow and it could be dangerous. I've never heard of problems with older men, but I'm not a specialist!

Use the soft rubber-gel type rather than the "noose" type so you don't "strangle" it. If you notice broken blood vessels resembling a hickey, then it is too tight. You are then at risk for internal scarring or total loss of bloodflow. Best bet: Not too tight!, and use viagra, cialis, or creams.

USe elastic rubber rings and not metallic ones. In case it becomes too tight , you should be able take it out or cut it. U cant do with metallic rings and can be a disaster

only thing I have ever heard is if you leave it on too long it can cut off circulation and cause pain. I would ask your doctor

honestly they are not really good they have side effects but they are not all severe but improper use could really mess you up and y is a older man still having sex??
