When the winds from a hurricane carry the rain inland, why isn't it saltwaterwhen it comes down? .?

In other words a hurricane that hits Fl causes rainfall inland up to Pennsylvania, is that Salt water?

the water was evaporated from salt water

It's rainwater (no salt). Moisture evaporates from the Gulf of Mexico or the Caribbean, and comes down as rain.
