Someone has already given you the link, but I'll post it here again.
***Also, I have heard that the "reward" for turning someone in ranges from 1% to 15% of the amount the IRS recovers as a result of you reporting. I have also heard that the minimum payout is $100, however that is calculated.***
Keep in mind, as well, that if they're guilty of FEDERAL income tax evation that they could also be guilty of STATE income tax evation. You can contact your own state's Department of Revenue for more information on that.
I turned in my landlady once. She wasn't reporting ANY of the income she was getting from her renters. I probably wouldn't have turned her in except for the fact she chewed me out when I gave her notice of my leaving.

So do many corporations who found loopholes and foreign tax savings schemes.
The World Almanac, book of FACTS, says about half of all the income taxes due are paid by corporations.
These are the major tax cheats, the rest are just sand pebbles in an ocean.

You could report them to the IRS. I believe they pay a 10% finders fee.

Call the IRS and ask to be put in touch with their fraud department.
Just a small note of caution - before you do this, you better make sure all your ducks are in a row.

With all of the illegals in this country doing the same thing, why do you care? Leave him be. What is the govt. going to do with the money anyway? Give it to the U.N.? Or maybe another country that spits in our face. I really wouldn't sweat it.

go straight to the investigations section of the IRS. Give them everything you can. But beware, the person you know may be getting nontaxable income.
