I been apart from my son father for two years. He feels as if he doesn't have to do nothing for his son since he moved to S.C. He won't give me his address, so i don't know where he lives. I filed for child surpport. still nothing. What should i do. I there a way his *** can be on america most wanted?

my man is sitting in jail right now for child support and he paid just not enough,he made sure his kids came first,she won't even let him see his kids but he sure has to pay.only the ones that are working and trying get found trust me,my ex husband has never paid a dime in five years and he's still walking.your waisting your time

Call your case worker every day until she knows who you are by the sound of your voice. That is what I did about 5 years ago- I haven't missed a payment yet

All states are different, but maybe you should/ could go to your local Social Service Dept. and apply for help, child support, child care.

No but you can contact the district attorneys office in south carolina. Give them his social security number, and file. they will track him down

if he's working for a pay check they'll find him.. if he's working for cash.... good luck if he's working for a paycheck and keeps changing jobs you'll get his fed.income tax return
