That is a warning that your signal lightbulb is out and needs to be replaced.

If your bulbs are Ok then your turn signal relay is acting up. Its under the dashboard on the drivers side and it looks like a little silver can about 1" in diameter.Ther are 2 of them up under there One is for turn signals and the other one is for your hazard flashers. If the bulbs are OK then why worry about fast turn signals

Actually, it probably means either the flasher unit is the wrong one for your car, or some idiot put the bulb in wrong or the wrong bulb in to replace one so that it is shorting out your turn signal. Does it do the same thing on both sides? IF so, probably the flasher, if only on one side, probably the bulb is wrong in one of the lights.

It probably means that the actuall light is not working. Check if the blinker is working form the outside. If it is then maybe its about to go. its not expensive to fix at all.

Its the flasher relay.Because if it were a light bulb your blinker wouldn't work thats a safety feature
