They bother me:
they yell really loud at times
they drink beer alot and get drunk
they have loud music
I can't stand living with them! We live in an attatched townhouse and It really sucks! Please no rude comments. I'd appreciate this..

Oh, and one more thing, they are directly connected to us. Is there no hope for me, while I'm living here? we already tried telling them that they should keep the noise level down on behalf of all the neighbors. thans.

You don't understand. We live in a residential neighborhood and technically this kind of stuff (renting to college folks) isn't allowed!

if you can't join them beat them.. play some of your favorite music really loud the next morning after one of their swaree's maybe that will get the message across.
otherwise you may be best to look for other housing somewhere else. there shold be a local noise ordinance the the local constabulary (police) will be happy to enforce. something like 9-11 pm shut down on week days.. good luck and god bless all of you! even your enimies.
