Although it would have been nice to have childcare at work, I dont feel it's their responsibility to provide that. It was my choice to have a baby and luckily I am able to just work part time. It was something I had to think about before getting pregnant.

Yes, this issue should of been resolved ten years ago! I would of much rather took my kids to work or some place near than at sitters, or daycare centers that were questionable...which I did not know until I volunteered.

of course so is the quality of childcare and th cost all issues we would not have if we ran more of corp america

absolutely. i am a stay at home mother. i would not mind working to give us a little breathing room financially. but, we can not afford good child care. not to mention the price of gas having to drive the children back and forth to a sitter.
