This is the Internet connection speed of the peer that contains the file you wish to download. T1 = 1.544 megabits of data can be transmitted per second. T3 is 45 mbps. The actual speed at which you will receive the file is not dependent on this number but many other factors including the speed of your Internet connection. T1 and T3 are internet connection speeds. the city of san francisco provides the super fast speed of t3 to all of its employees. basically its usually a comercial internet meant for more than one computer using it at a time. if i were you i would select the t1 t3 thing. just go with dsl

T1&T3 is the speed of the seeder. like DSL,CABLE.ect.
Seeder= the person that has the file

Its asking u what type of connection u have to determine bandwidth. if your in a college dorm u probably have one of those 2 but if its your home its not likely.
