Get shoe stretchers. They are these thing that you put in your shoe and they have a knob that you turn and each turn makes the stretcher a bit wider. They actually fit inside your shoe and kinda look like a foot or a shoe. I haven't seen them around in a while but I think you can still buy them. You keep turning the knob and stretch the shoe until it fits your feet. Good luck, I love shoes and there is nothing better than a great pair of shoes but nothing worse than a pair that hurts your feet!!!!

Sorry to say, but some people have thicker feet than others and there may not be anything that you can do but go to a speciality shoe store - which can be expensive. However, if the shoe is of stretchable material just keep wearing it, eventually it will stretch mind you, it will hurt your feet. Also stuff socks and stuff in it during the night shove them in there tight that might help as well.

You can get shoe stretchers for leather shoes; some shoe stores carry them.

There is such a thing as a spreader, cobblers have them (or had them) but they will put strain on the seams of the shoe.

Take it to a shoe maker or shoe store and see if they have a streching machine.
