Sleep somewhere else other then your bed. Like the tub or couch. Then you won't be "Bed" wetting.

Well, it is important to know how old the person is. Alot of children less than 5 wet the bed, which is normal at that age. If the child is school-aged, then bring up the issue with the doctor or nurse practioner. Most children just haven't developed the "brain-bladder" connection and need help conditioning the body to control the muscles in the bladder at night.
A bedwetting alarm is a small moisture sensing alarm that, after a period of weeks, can teach children to control the muscles in the bladder and sleep dry at night. Children with bedwetting are very sound sleepers so the alarm helps to alert them when they are wetting.
Some great resources are available online to provide the facts - and some not so great. I've listed some reputable links below that will help answer the questions you have in more detail.

A young child shouldn't be bedwetting anymore. But sometimes when there is trauma or something upsetting in their life even to the age of five, they will start it all over again. I think they can't help it, so it doesn't do anything to be overly mad at them. Just try to calm them down. and, if it happens every night, put up a little calender. For each dry day, a little golden sticker star will be placed in the day. It is a kind of reward.

Be careful about eating or drinking dairy products within two hours of bedtime. Also anything with caffeine. This worked for my child.
